Fourteen fruit liqueurs born from natural maceration in a Polish artisan manufactory. A third-generation answer to times when real craft had to hide.

In communist Poland, real luxury was forbidden. Fruit spirits, the ones with character, were made in basements, behind closed doors, passed down in whispers. Our grandfathers were part of that hidden craft. The forbidden fruit tasted best - and people never forgot it.
Fast-forward three generations. The doors are open. The craft is out. In Skierniewice - a small town 80 km from Warsaw, in the heart of Poland's orchard country - we were the first to call fruit liqueurs "craft". A new chapter for a category that had spent half a century underground.
The recipe is honest: fruit from Polish orchards, sugar, and a six-times rectified 60% grain spirit from one of Poland's finest distilleries - exceptionally smooth, built to carry fruit, not fight it. Plus one more thing - a secret our grandfathers passed down that we keep to ourselves. Every bottle goes through the full traditional cycle: maceration, setting, clarification, filtration, maturation. No shortcuts - so the colour, the aroma and the taste are pure fruit, nothing else.
Nie Przelewki is a stand for uncompromised authenticity in a world of mass production. Fourteen flavours. Zero shortcuts. One rule: no half measures.
Polish orchard fruit, six-times rectified grain spirit (60%) from Polish grain, up to 350 g sugar per litre - sometimes less, depending on the fruit, its ripeness, and the recipe passed down from our grandfathers. Maceration, setting, clarification, filtration, maturation - the full traditional cycle. No aromas, no extracts, no colourants.
Exact ABV across all 14 flavours. Consistent mouthfeel, predictable pairings, no "approximately". A bartender's rule.
Alcohol is the preservative. Our liqueurs don't decay - they settle and open up. Inventory-friendly by design.
Made in Poland, controlled end-to-end. Ready to scale without losing a drop of quality. Every batch tracked, every bottle answerable.
Up to 350 g/L sugar puts us between semi-dry and semi-sweet - the exact amount depends on the fruit and its ripeness, following recipes our grandfathers refined over generations. Enough to round the flavour, never enough to hide it. Built to pair with food, not compete with it.
Every flavour was stress-tested behind real bar counters before it ever saw a shelf. We serve what works - literally.
Our production partner is a licensed Polish bonded warehouse with stainless-steel maceration tanks, a semi-automated bottling and labelling line, and capacity to grow alongside demand. Every batch follows the same five-step process - no shortcuts at any volume.
A new batch cycle takes 8-10 weeks from fruit to finished bottle. Current tank capacity allows up to 27,000 litres per cycle - that is 54,000 bottles ready to ship.
We control the entire chain - from recipe development and fruit sourcing to production, bottling, label design, and the final shelf image. Every flavour starts with a concept, goes through dozens of test batches, and only makes the cut if it survives real bar service. The goal was never just to make good nalewka. It was to change the way Poland drinks it - to pull it out of the basement, give it a modern identity, and prove that fruit liqueurs belong on the same shelf as craft gin or single malt.
Honeyed quince, Ceylon cinnamon, clove, cardamom pod, dried orange peel. Warm, complex, immediately recognisable.
Full viscosity, exceptional spice-to-fruit balance. Quince held in place by a warm, dry spice thread. Restrained sugar lets the botanicals carry structure.
Long, warm, spiced decay. Clove and cinnamon grip. A faint quince-peel bitterness lifts the back palate. Exceptional persistence.
Orchard-floral - raw quince skin, yuzu peel, white honey, chamomile. Tropical lift on second pass: passionfruit hull, ripe guava. Pure orchard, no botanicals.
Round, honeyed mid-palate weight. Natural quince pectin gives subtle density. Citric acidity prevents collapse into sweetness.
Rounded, warm, perfumed decay. Faint citrus-peel astringency keeps the finish dry.
Fresh-cut rhubarb stalk, green herb, celery-leaf lift, strawberry bloom. Vegetal rather than fruity.
Crystalline acid structure. Oxalic sharpness preserved by maceration, framed by restrained sugar. Herbal bitterness mid-palate.
Clean, spring-like decay with lingering herbal lift. Mouth-watering.
Tart green-apple skin, lemon blossom, faint elderflower. A crisp, bright opening - unmistakably gooseberry.
Crystalline acid structure, restrained sugar. Clean and precise - the fruit drives, nothing hides behind sweetness. A modern aperitif in a category that forgot what sharp tastes like.
Dry, tart, refreshing. Green-apple acidity lingers with a subtle floral lift. Leaves you wanting the next sip.

Nie Przelewki was not born in a marketing meeting. It was born behind bar counters - serving, tasting, reformulating, pouring again. What finally made the bottle is what finally worked.
Chilled, on the rocks, or neat - straight from the bottle to the glass. No prep, no recipe, no bartender needed. A complete serve in 500 ml.
Real fruit replaces syrups, fresh juice, and prep time. One ingredient does the work of three - cutting food cost per serve while raising the drink. Bars notice.
14 flavours means there is always the right one. A bottle that looks, tastes, and feels like it was chosen - not grabbed off a shelf. Corporate, personal, or seasonal.
We started in cocktail bars and built outward - hotels, wine shops, specialty retail, now large-format stores. We are not afraid of new channels because the product holds. Quality defends itself. The numbers follow.
If you are interested in Nie Przelewki for your bar, restaurant, retail shelf, or distribution network - we would love to talk. Tasting samples available on request.
